It was one morning during a journaling session that I received the download that was to become the Spring Cleanse Retreat333. This is what I wrote: “The astrological new year is the perfect time to combine the magic of plants, astrology, sound/breath healing with yoga and nature to set your blueprint for the year ahead as we create a new harmonious earth.”

Gathering friends and colleagues with similarly aligned values along the way, spirit called in the beautiful souls that would come together to make it happen. I thank the seekers that would make this first offering of its kind possible. I’m deeply grateful for their trust and openness to the process.
